LinkedIn Recruiter is a sourcing and InMail product inside LinkedIn’s graph. DeepSearch does not replace pipeline, Boolean strings on LinkedIn, or seat-based collaboration. It replaces the tab pile you open after you have a name: public talks, GitHub, press, a second confirmation that this Jane Doe is the Jane Doe on the req.

Do not run DeepSearch as your employment screen. Recruiter plus a proper background-check vendor is still the compliance path. DeepSearch is pre-outreach research only. More in the recruiter use case.
